Reporting a Complaint:

To report conduct that may constitute sex discrimination, or to make a complaint, you may:

  1. Contact the Title IX Coordinator: Reach out directly to Jason Frasco using the contact information provided above.
  2. Submit a Complaint Form: Forms are available at all counseling offices, administrative offices, and on the district website. Completed forms should be submitted to Jason Frasco.
  3. Follow the Grievance Procedures: Detailed steps for filing a complaint and the subsequent investigation process are outlined in our nondiscrimination policy.

Notice Distribution:

This notice of nondiscrimination is provided to students; parents, guardians, or other authorized legal representatives of elementary and secondary school students; employees; applicants for admission and employment; and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with the district. This notice is included on the district website and in each handbook, catalog, announcement, bulletin, and application form made available to these individuals or used in connection with the recruitment of students or employees.

Training and Awareness:

All students and district employees receive periodic training related to recognizing and preventing sexual harassment. District employees also receive additional training on handling reports of sexual harassment. Training materials are available below.
