Sherman Preschool Enrollment Steps
Dear Sherman Preschool Families,
This is a reminder that all families must complete the Universal Preschool (UPK) application for all four-year-old students born between June 16th, 2021 - June 15th, 2022 and all preschool students with IEPs. This is a time-sensitive requirement, and completing the application quickly will help secure your child’s placement at Sherman Preschool.

To complete your child's enrollment, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Apply through UPK Colorado

Visit https://upk.colorado.gov/ the UPK Colorado application system

Select Sherman Preschool/ Children's Center as your program choice

You will get a match notification in your email

Accept the match

We will enroll your student for the 2026- 2027 school year
Step 2: Complete District Registration
- After registering with UPK please register with our district. If you have never enrolled a child with our district please complete the new enrollment registration. If you have existing kids within our district please log in to Campus Portal to add your child under the student section.
Step 3: Create Your ELV Account
- Check your email for an invitation from Early Learning Ventures (ELV)
- Follow the link to complete your child's enrollment
Step 4: Submit Health Form
